WordPress Multisite utilizes SDSU email addresses for login authentication. Consequently, your vendors will require an SDSUid to access your site. To facilitate this process, you can refer to the Third-Party Vendor Access Solution instructions available on the IT website.
Once your vendor obtains their SDSUid, please inform us when you’re ready to add a new user to your site. Additionally, remind them to connect to the VPN for off-campus access.
